About Lance Alderton
Hey, I’m Lance and I love helping people become their absolute best.
I tried CrossFit for the first time in 2014, and pretty much straightaway I was hooked. I love how CrossFit gives me the chance to learn a whole heap of new skills, and challenges me to push myself in an entirely different way. I never intended to become a CrossFitter, I actually only originally started to support my son Reid and help him get stronger, but as it turns out – I loved the results I found for myself.
I’ve always been involved in sports in one way or another over the years, and have tried my hand at everything from football to martial arts (where I also became a Coach). I think CrossFit is a pretty interesting pastime, but other people find some of my other hobbies even more unique – I also work as a strapper, ride racehorses in preparation for races, and dabble in Rodeo.
My passion for becoming a CrossFit Coach was driven by a desire to help people move better and lead lives that are full and active. Even though I’m now a Coach, I still participate in CrossFit and I’m currently working hard on becoming a truly multi-disciplinary CrossFit athlete. I’ll work hard to help you achieve whatever goals you set for yourself.
