Lisa Hetherington
Owner/Head Coach
Lisa has over six years experience as a CrossFit coach. She holds a CrossFit Level 2 Qualification and along with her AWF Level 1 has many CrossFit Specialty certificates, including Kids & Strongman

Colin Noble
Senior Coach
Colin was training with us for 2 years before graduating our Coach Development Program in 2019. With a multi sport background before getting hooked on CrossFit, and an energetic personality, Colin thrives on giving our members the best hour of their day by ensuring they give their absolute all to be the best version of themselves.

Nat Godfrey
Coach
Nat is a very experienced CrossFit athlete and Coach. She loves a heavy barbell WOD. She is also a dedicated member of QPS as a serving Police Officer and we are grateful for her service and the outstanding skills and experience she brings to our community.

Erin Robinson
Coach
Erin has been training with us since early 2020 and successfully completed our Coach Development Program, and then successfully attained her CF-L1. Erin brings a great energy to classes and strives to be a role model for our tribe and also her own family.

Donna Cannon
Coach
Donna has been with us for a few years now, and in 2020 completed our Coach Development Program, attaining her CF-L1. Donna loves all things Gymnastic and brings an super fun energy to classes.

Vanessa Stevenson
Yoga Coach
Ness is our leader on all things bendy & flex, getting her Yoga qualification in 2019. She brings such fun to Yoga and makes it accessible to all levels of participant. There is no better way to get recover than one of her classes
