Intro Program

When you have a clear understanding of the fundamentals of our workouts, you will be able to minimise the risk of injury and see better results, faster. Join our fun and supportive Intro Program to start your transformation the right way.

CrossFit

60 minutes of high intensity training at it’s finest. Workouts combine a variety of functional movements – everything from cardio and gymnastics to powerlifting and olympic lifting. Every day brings something new, so get ready to get after it!

Personal Training

Access a one-on-one session or organise personal training for you and one or two close friends. This is an awesome way for beginners to learn the requirements of training, or for experienced gym-goers to take their fitness to the next level.

4504 Fit Club

This is a great class for Mum’s wanting to return to training in a safe way after the birth of a little one. Also great for Mum’s to be who want to keep fit and well up until their delivery.

Yoga

A 60min class that will leave you feeling refreshed and recharged. Led by the amazing Ness this will have your muscles and joints working better than ever!
